From District Roundup...
Cleveland: When Tepa and Arthur Bigham heard that Camp Lookout needs boots for its horseback riders, they made a big sacrifice. The Benton UMC couple lost their daughter, Cynthia, in a car accident in 1990. Since Cynthia had wanted to be a missionary in Africa, the Bighams established a scholarship in her name at Africa University many years ago. More recently, when the call went out for riding boots, Tepa brought Cynthia's old pair to Pastor Mat Merker. "I hate to part with these," she said. "But Cynthia would want children to have a good time and a safe time."
