Preachers meet

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Holston clergy gather at Cokesbury Center, one of two locations for the annual fall meeting of preachers, held this year on Oct. 23-24. Under the theme, "Keeping Watch Over the Flock," the Rev. Greg Jones and the Rev. Susan Jones of Duke Divinity School spoke of healthy leadership practices. Total attendance at this year's meetings was 363 – including 198 at Cokesbury Center and 165 at State Street United Methodist Church in Bristol, Va.
