Resurrection Returns to Gatlinburg

More than 6,700 youth, counselors, and volunteers attended Resurrection 2007 in Gatlinburg, Jan. 12-14 - leading the way for more than 4,800 others at the weekend's second session, Jan. 19-21. John Vermilya of Buckley, Mich., and the band Starfield led worship sessions at Gatlinburg Convention Center, where about 400 churches from Holston and outside the conference were represented at the winter spiritual retreat for teens. Also happening Jan. 19-21, about 740 young adults gathered for Divine Rhythm, Holston's annual spiritual event at Country Tonite Theatre in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.
